USAGE OF THE MACHINE<\/strong>
\nThis machine is an air cleaner used to vacuum up marble, granite and stone dust caused by dry hand-working on a bench (grinding, polishing, cutting etc.). The dust is vacuumed up at the point of rising through some slots situated on the work bench and along its perimeter, thus avoiding its scattering in the working environment and preventing the workers from breathing it in. The air is vacuumed up, filtered and then blown back cleaned into environment. <\/p>\n

FILTERING SYSTEM<\/strong>
\nThe machine “C.C. 2000 NEW EVOLUTION” is made up of 5 teflon polyester cartridges. The air is vacuumed up by an electric fan which is placed in a soundproofed space and then directed into the filter cartridges where it is forced through the teflon polyester cartridges from the outside towards the inside. The dust particles are caught in the external pleated surface of the cartridges. <\/p>\n

SELF CLEANING SYSTEM OF THE CARRIDGES<\/strong>
\nThe filter cartridge are self cleaning. While the machine is working, a time jet of compressed air of 4-5 BAR is blown through the injectors of “Venturi” type towards the inside of the cartridges so that the air, coming out, removes the exceeding dust particles from their external surface. The dust falls into a container and then it is conveyed into a collecting box placed inside the machine.
